Klaire Annalise

Hi there! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a watercolor artist based in Missouri who loves reading, sipping hot tea, and walking through the woods. I'm definitely a morning person and a lover of good conversations. I have found such joy in painting little critters doing everyday things. I believe it makes the simple that much more beautiful. We grow too easily blind to the things around us, because we are used to them. As kids, everything is fun and exciting, and I don't want to completely lose that childhood wonder. My hope is that these illustrations cause you to look with fresh eyes at the simple beauty all around us. Life is an incredible gift from the Creator, and it is my joy and delight to recreate it in my art!

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Art and a Minor in English from North Central University. In the Minneapolis area, I have had the incredible opportunity to host and showcase my art in several art shows. Now, I’m stepping eagerly into the field of children’s literature and illustration for the first time. Children’s stories shaped my own childhood, actively playing a part in who I’ve grown up to be, and it is my dream to create that same joy and delight for children today.

If you resonate to any of this, please reach out! I would love to connect.
